Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Knot Just Love LLC, each experience is thoughtfully planned and customized with care. Due to the nature of our services, the following Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through www.knotjustlove.net.

Payments

  • All payments are due in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments secure your date, professional services, preparation time, and materials.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.

  • All payments are non-refundable if the client cancels services for any reason, including but not limited to changes in plans, relationship status, weather concerns, or personal circumstances.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Knot Just Love LLC does not guarantee rescheduled dates and times.

  • Approved reschedules do not qualify for refunds.

Knot Just Love LLC Cancellations

  • If Knot Just Love LLC must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a replacement professional, all monies paid will be fully refunded.

  • Refunds are limited to amounts paid directly to Knot Just Love LLC.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Client dissatisfaction when services are delivered as agreed

  • Delays caused by venue access, weather, or third-party vendors

  • Failure to complete required consultations or provide accurate information

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Policy Updates

Knot Just Love LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

By booking services with Knot Just Love LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
