Welcome to www.knotjustlove.net, operated by Knot Just Love LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Services

Knot Just Love LLC provides romantic décor, event styling, proposal services, and related creative experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

Bookings & Payments

​

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is provided.

  • Clients must schedule a 30-minute consultation once booked.

  • Bookings require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice.

 

Cancellations

​

  • Client cancellations require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

  • All payments are non-refundable if the client cancels services for any reason.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

 

If Knot Just Love LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a replacement professional, all payments will be fully refunded.

Creative Discretion

​

Designs, décor, and styling are executed using professional judgment while honoring the client’s vision. Exact replicas of inspiration images are not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

​

Clients agree to provide accurate information, ensure venue access for setup and breakdown, and comply with venue rules. Knot Just Love LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

​

Liability

​

Knot Just Love LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or failures caused by weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients may be financially responsible for damage to rented or provided décor caused by misuse or negligence.

Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the property of Knot Just Love LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Website Use

​

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or engage in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Data Sharing


• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.


Knot JustLove LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions


1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@knotjustlove.net.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
