Services

Knot Just Love LLC provides romantic décor, event styling, proposal services, and related creative experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is provided.
Clients must schedule a 30-minute consultation once booked.
Bookings require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice.

Cancellations

Client cancellations require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
All payments are non-refundable if the client cancels services for any reason.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

If Knot Just Love LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a replacement professional, all payments will be fully refunded.

Creative Discretion

Designs, décor, and styling are executed using professional judgment while honoring the client’s vision. Exact replicas of inspiration images are not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, ensure venue access for setup and breakdown, and comply with venue rules. Knot Just Love LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Liability

Knot Just Love LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or failures caused by weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients may be financially responsible for damage to rented or provided décor caused by misuse or negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the property of Knot Just Love LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or engage in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Policy Updates
