Cancellation Policy

Knot Just Love LLC Booking & Service Policy At Knot Just Love LLC, our goal is to create meaningful, beautiful experiences while ensuring a smooth, stress-free, and love-filled process. The following policy outlines our booking terms and expectations. Booking Requirements Advance Notice: All bookings require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice. Requests with less notice are subject to availability. Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and written confirmation is provided by Knot Just Love LLC. Package Selection: If you are unsure which package best fits your needs, please visit our Service Page and submit a Request a Quote form. Custom quotes must be approved and paid in full before services are reserved. Payment Policy All payments are due at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined below. Consultation Requirement Once booked, clients must schedule a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss vision, details, and expectations. Failure to complete the consultation may affect service execution. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client Cancellations Cancellations require at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. No refunds are issued if the client cancels for any reason. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Knot Just Love LLC Cancellations If Knot Just Love LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a replacement professional, all monies paid will be fully refunded. Design & Execution All designs are created using professional discretion while honoring the client’s vision. Exact replicas of inspiration images are not guaranteed. Access, Liability & Damages Clients must ensure timely access to the event location for setup and breakdown. Knot Just Love LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or third parties. Clients may be responsible for damages to décor caused by negligence or misuse. Agreement to Policy By booking services with Knot Just Love LLC, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We value our relationships with our clients and are committed to making every experience seamless, stress-free, and filled with love.
